CHAKRA-PUNCTURE PROGRAMS
Programs are a grouped series of sessions that have a specified theme, based on what you have determined needs more focussed support in your life. They offer a cost-effective way to progress a nominated area of your life, or to support yourself during a challenging time.
In managing life we often develop ingrained patterns that can leave us feeling well under par, and ultimately with the development of a myriad of health and well-being-related issues. A program offers a ‘stop’ in the usual running of your life, a space to feel more clearly the state of your presence and the state of your body.
The aimed result is a greater understanding of yourself and the awareness to choose a way of living that supports deeper healing or achieves the best possible state of being and sense of wellness in your current situation.
Your program could be in the form of addressing a behaviour or something emotional that repeats itself, it can be focussed around lifestyle patterns, physical pain or discomfort or something you wish to develop greater awareness and mastery around.
Programs vary in their length, frequency, type of modality used and their nominated theme, as these details depend on what is being focussed on and the desired outcome. Chakra-puncture is the most common modality utilised (for more information see Chakra-puncture) however this, as well as all other details, can be discussed with Jenny during a consultation, or by arrangement over the phone.

Common areas you might consider supporting are:
- Consistent sleep issues of any sort.
- Waking tired and lethargic, needing coffee to get going.
- Addressing habits you know don’t support you, that you just can’t seem to break.
- Ongoing exhaustion and the need for caffeine and/or sugar to keep you going or to feel sharp.
- A grade of anxiety that either sits in the background, draining your energy and taking the edge off your enjoyment of life, or
- A more prominent and debilitating daily anxiety.
- Low-grade (non-clinical) depression or general lethargy, lack of motivation for life.
- Ongoing conflict with loved ones, friends, extended family or workplace colleagues that never truly resolves, leaving you in a cycle of tension, disagreement or resignation.
- Ongoing self-doubt, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, perpetual self-critique.
